Bulgur Seeds

This nutty flavored grain can be found in our delicious Tabouli Salad.  Packed with fiber and protein yet low in fat and calories, making them a great choice to fill you up without packing on extra pounds.  Bulgur is also a standout in terms of its fiber content and can help keep your digestive tract healthy as a result.

Sesame Seeds

Rich in iron, calcium, vitamin B1 & E, zinc and dietary fiber to name just a few.  These seeds are ground up to make tahini, so you can find in our Hummus, Babaganoush, and Tahini Sauce.

Red Pepper

 

All peppers are rich in vitamins A, C & K, but red peppers are simply bursting with them.  Both hot and sweet peppers contain substances that have been shown to increase the body's heat productions and oxygen consumption for about 20 minutes after eating.
